Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We begin processing orders immediately to ensure prompt delivery. If you require a modification or cancellation, we encourage you to reach out within 48 hours. While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes once processing has begun.
Do you offer expedited or same-day shipping?
Yes, we are pleased to offer express and priority shipping options at checkout. For same-day delivery in select locations, please contact our concierge team prior to placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Why is my tracking status not updating?
Tracking updates are managed by the carrier and may take 24–48 hours to reflect the latest movement. If your tracking status remains unchanged for more than 48 hours, we recommend reaching out to our team or the shipping provider directly for further details.
Do you ship internationally? What are the customs and duties policies?
Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees, which are determined by your country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

How do I track my order?

What items are non-returnable?
Due to the bespoke nature of certain designs, custom jewelry, engraved pieces, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
Yes, all eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Who covers shipping for returns?
We will provide a complimentary prepaid return label for orders.
What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces, and each order undergoes rigorous quality control before dispatch. However, should your item arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
If a return is required, once we receive the item, our team will carefully assess its condition and determine its eligibility for a replacement or repair. Final approval will be at our discretion.
How long do I have to return an item?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in pristine, unworn condition, with all original packaging and documentation.
Can I exchange my item for a different size or design?
Yes, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. For custom or bespoke pieces, exchanges may be subject to special conditions.
What condition should the item be in for a return?
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and accompanied by its original packaging, certificates, and accessories. Any return that does not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Store in its original box or a velvet-lined jewelry case when not worn.

Do you offer a warranty? What does it cover?
Yes, each D’Monze creation is backed by a one-year limited warranty covering craftsmanship defects. This does not extend to damage caused by improper care, accidents, or third-party modifications. It does not cover natural wear and tear. It does however cover manufacturing defects.
Can I have my jewelry repaired or resized?
