What items are non-returnable?
Due to the bespoke nature of certain designs, custom jewelry, engraved pieces, and final sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Is there a restocking fee for returns?
Yes, all eligible returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Who covers shipping for returns?
We will provide a complimentary prepaid return label for orders.
What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our pieces, and each order undergoes rigorous quality control before dispatch. However, should your item arrive damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
If a return is required, once we receive the item, our team will carefully assess its condition and determine its eligibility for a replacement or repair. Final approval will be at our discretion.
How long do I have to return an item?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in pristine, unworn condition, with all original packaging and documentation.
Can I exchange my item for a different size or design?
Yes, we offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery. For custom or bespoke pieces, exchanges may be subject to special conditions.
What condition should the item be in for a return?
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and accompanied by its original packaging, certificates, and accessories. Any return that does not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
